GARBINOX - ALGAE PRODUCTION

GarbiNOx Process:

1. Collection of emission gases

The emitter removes metallic particles and other contaminants from its emission gases, providing a gas rich in NOX and CO2.

2. Gas separation system

Through a scrubbing solution, NOX gases dissolve, providing nitrogen salts such as NO3

3. Algae production system

The photobioreactor is fed with CO2, NO3, and other essential nutrients along with light. This encourages the photosynthesis process, releasing O2.

4. Algal processing system

The algae are harvested through centrifugation, collecting the remaining liquid medium and returning it to the system. The algal biomass is now ready for subsequent uses.
